Dolphins extend Xavien Howard

The Miami Dolphins have extended top corner Xavien Howard. According to ESPN’s Adam Shefter, the team has agreed to a 5 year extension worth $76.5 million, making Howard the highest paid cornerback in the NFL. Howard was drafted out of Baylor in the 2nd round in 2016 and has more than lived up to expectations. He has 11 interceptions in his brief career so far, including 7 last season.
