Raiders’ RB Isaiah Crowell Out for Season
News broke this morning that newly signed Oakland Raiders’ running back Isaiah Crowell suffered a torn Achilles during team workouts on Tuesday and will have season ending surgery next week. This is a tough blow to the team and to a relatively productive running back. Achilles injuries are difficult to come back from. Crowell was on a 1 year deal after rushing for 685 yards (4.8 per carry) and 6 TD with the Jets last season. The Raiders remaining running backs are rookie Josh Jacobs, Jalen Richard, Chris Warren III, and DeAndre Washington.
